PreCon Demolition provides commercial, industrial and residential demolition services to clients located in the State of Iowa. PreCon Demolition maintains a Contractor License and Registration with the State of Iowa. PreCon’s insurance policy protects our clients and employees in the event of a loss. If our existing policy limits do not meet the needs of our clients, additional umbrellas will be obtained to ensure adequate protection.
